Job Description:

The Field Service Project Manager oversees project operation and implementation across the Cold Chain business. They are fully responsible for the entire project, from initiation to closeout, ensuring that all the key tasks are accomplished on-time and on-budget. The Field Service Project Manager is also in charge of customer relationships and communications, making sure that customer satisfaction is fulfilled throughout the lifecycle of the project. They will also be capable of managing projects across a matrixed organization, leveraging resources and groups across the business, to bring projects to completion.

AS A FIELD SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Manages and monitors small to midsize, technical projects involving end user products such as (… temperature monitoring and HVAC controls in supermarkets)Documents all aspects of project progress, including material, labor, and supply tracking logs, financial tracking including costs, revenue and margin, revision of project schedules, oversight, and completion of project submittalsPrepares proposals, including cost estimates, scopes of work, and schedulesActs as an agent of business and is heavily involved in developing relationships with key accounts and understanding customer needsProvide guidance to project coordinators to meet project requisitesAbility to provide timely and concise information to key stakeholdersAbility to report-out status of accounts and objectivesFamiliar with the governance of a PMO (Project Management Office) and how to work and manage under oneCreate monthly and annual financial and volume forecasts for accounts and work closely with S&OP to provide them with information on large equipment volume orders that is upcomingWork closely with Field Service Managers and Technicians to ensure the scope of the project is followed and most efficient methods are taking placeOptimize material and labor resources when possible

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in field service and extensive project service management experiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

CAPM / PMPExperiences in the HVACR/ Refrigeration/ Construction IndustryExperiences working with customers/ contractor/ subcontractor directly

Flexible Work Schedule – Hybrid Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a hybrid work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and 
productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
