Trane Technologies is currently seeking a Field Project Manager.
This candidate would need to have HVAC experience and/or construction experience. HVAC knowledge and mechanical systems knowledge preferred. This person would have to understand how equipment is installed, typical issues that could arise on a job site and problem-solving skills to solve issues that arise. This person would need to be skilled in conflict resolution with the intent to protect the company’s interest while maintaining relationships for future business.

Where is the work:
Hybrid within geography. Will be sent to job sites to work with contractors. We are open to hiring this candidate in San Antonio, Austin, Weslaco, or Corpus Christi.
What you will do:
Assignments to specific strategic projects to work with sales and equipment fulfillment to understand full scope of the project. Meet with customers on site or at their office to review project specificsSet specific expectations and schedule with the customer on “on-site/field” visits/supervision to ensure a smooth projectWork with equipment fulfillment or other factory contacts to resolve warranty issues for quick resolutionWork with our service department to set up startup/warranty visits to resolve issuesAssist customer with warranty/installation issues or questionsFollow establish standard work and processes, for proper job close out. This individual would be required to travel throughout the area.
What you will bring:
High School diploma or GED and up to four (4) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement.Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.Construction law and regulation knowledge is an asset.Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 plus incentive
