BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES : Perform as a Minimum Standards Field Examiner that includes the following: schedule test dates with the academies director / instructors, develop the practical examination for minimum standards recruits, conduct the practical examination, video each examination, schedule additional field examiners as required, score and record examination results in the Divisions database, scan all records onto the Bureaus I-drive, and upload all videos onto the One-drive. Develop, review, and update Minimum Standards Performance Objectives and Skills Sheets used for Minimum Standards Practical Examination. Review and analyze all applications for Live Fire Training Instructor and Live Fire Training Instructor II in reference to the Quadrennial review. Perform annual training academy inspection that includes the following: apparatus, tools, equipment, training aides, and buildings to assure compliance with the requirements for certification for approval as a new firefighter recruit training facility or renewal of current firefighter recruit training facilities.
