The team's unique client-centric culture is integrated into each project and reflects a passion for the built environment and staying true to the client’s vision. **Job Description** The **Field Representative** serves as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, conducting field assessments and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct site visits and field assessments for disaster recovery projects. + Gather data and provide real-time reports on project status. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and field procedures. + Assist in community outreach and engagement efforts. + SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. + Experience in emergency response, fieldwork, or disaster recovery. + Strong observational and reporting skills. + Ability to work in field conditions and travel as required. **Additional Information** **_The salary range for this full-time role is_** **_$135k-$160k_** **_per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
