We are currently recruiting for a Field Resource Coordinator to be based in our Chicago office which is located in Schiller Park, IL. As a Field Resource Coordinator for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for organizing and coordinating tasks and schedules related to our field craft labor teams.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
+ Facilitating the field craft new hire process, including application reviews, interview set up, issuing offer letters, explaining company policies and benefits and reviewing job duties/expectations
+ Conducting company orientations for individuals or new hire groups – including safety orientations and drug/background screenings
+ Create, maintain and manage all daily, weekly and 30-week schedules for branch field resources
+ Ensure field staffing is at the appropriate budgeted level and is balanced to meet the needs of the branch
+ Maintain accurate records of attendance, vacation and time-off requests along with required manpower reporting
Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this Field Resource Coordinator position:
+ Post high-school certificate or Associate’s Degree
+ 5+ years field experience working in general construction, concrete, structural steel and/or concrete repair or a combination of experience, skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities
+ Working knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent documentation and organizational skills required
+ Willing to travel to job sites as requested
