The Practice Development Manager (PDM) represents US Fertility to the referring provider community, our industry partners, and our patients within a region. The PDM works closely with the Executive Director, US Fertility Marketing partners and Commercial Operations to collaborate on growth strategy for current and new markets and has a strong understanding of market drivers needed to achieve targets. The goal of this position is to grow new patient volume by maintaining and enhancing current provider relationships, developing new referring provider relationships, leveraging industry partners, and increasing overall brand awareness for the practice's region.

The PDM works closely with the US Fertility physicians to organize and lead networking opportunities to partner with referring providers in the care of our patients, and leads patient-facing events. Your success is achieved through the attainment of specific and measurable goals related to patient referral volume, field activity, and performance of target accounts within the region.

We are seeking a full-time Practice Development Manager to support our Denver, CO office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Practice Development Manager is responsible for:

• Lead overall practice development efforts for the region.

• Increase brand preference with referring providers, staff, consumers, employers, and partners.

• In collaboration with Marketing partners, develop and lead strategy, direction and tactics of referral development and outreach for the region.

• Facilitate individual physician development goals in accordance with practice and regional goals. Work closely with US Fertility physicians to drive individual account strategy and increase target accounts.

• Conduct regular visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, establish partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships. Visits include office calls, luncheons, dinners, open house events, preceptorships, and meetings.

• Organize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients.

• Tailor messaging and strategy based on US Fertility service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factors.

• Drive annual regional competitive analysis. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Identify and assist in the development and feasibility study of expansion opportunities.

• Using market and competitive intelligence as well as internal data, create and maintain region call routing plan to achieve goals. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities.

• Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce.

• Monitor referral volume and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on data. Strong ability to interpret reporting and find data-driven insights to drive actions and increase patient volume.

• Present referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings.

• Leverage industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness.

• Work with the marketing team to design and deliver region-specific provider collateral tailored to region needs.

• Deliver weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports. Manage field regional budget.

• Maintain professional, fertility and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks. As applicable within the region, provide leadership and guidance to Practice Liaisons, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals, and conducting regular evaluations.
