Field Sales Business Analyst II

 

About the Role: 

At Boston Scientific, we are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Enablement team. In this position, you serve as a key contact for the Urology Sales Division and Region Managers while building strong relationships and expertly understanding regional market conditions. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping Regional Managers meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics delivered by leveraging the strong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources. This job also requires coordination with internal departments, including Sales Support, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
                                                                                                            

The Field Sales Business Analyst II position is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts and or Maple Grove, Minnesota.
 

Your Responsibilities Include:
 

Provide effective support for the local team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Provide Ad-hoc analytical support to the Local Region Manager teams as needed. Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field. Function as a process expert and liaison for the Sales team to internal departments. Identify opportunities within the division by monitoring trends, performance metrics and relevant external data. Produce customized business reviews that incorporate market conditions and challenges unique to the region and customer. Provide local support and individual training for corporate initiatives and enablers such as Tableau, Sales Force and Windows 10. Support Region/Divisional meeting preparation and execution. Participate in strategic projects as required. Support key initiatives like Quarterly Business Reviews and GPO Contract launches by working closely with RMs. Work on key internal Sales Operations and Corporate projects, as necessary.
 

What We're Looking For:
 

Required Qualifications:
 

Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or financial analyst. Proven analytical and problem-solving experience. Strong back-office application skills, including expert level Excel and some exposure to MS Access, Salesforce, SQL, and some programming languages. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service. Travel 10% of the time required.


Preferred Qualifications:
 

Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization. Organization skills and the ability to manage work of a highly confidential nature. Desire to work in a collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment. 2+ years of experience within medical device industry. At least 2 years supporting field sales organization.
