Summary

The Field Sales Support role is responsible for draft line installation and ongoing maintenance for Sapporo-Stone on-premise accounts. This role will also maintain and organize Sapporo-Stone accounts on their route while building relationships to increase visibility of our beer portfolio and ensure that tools are available for retailers to support our growth and quality of beer.

Responsibilities

Support key independent on-premise restaurants through installation, maintenance and troubleshooting draft lines in assigned territory to ensure the best quality beerService draft lines according to company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining proper documentationManage calendar to ensure proper tracking of account service and draft line maintenanceSeek point-of-sale (POS) and sales opportunities through on-premise accounts to support our brandsSupport off-premise retailers with various merchandising activities: Place POS and build displays, Manage out of code beer through proper beer rotation, Ensure all items have correct price tagsEffectively communicate with retailers, store decision-makers and internal team to provide necessary updates and maximize on account needs and opportunitiesCollaborate with internal Sales team, providing support and coverage for one another when neededOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice Requirements Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required1-2 years of experience within the Sales industry preferredTechnical or draft line experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and writtenAbility to communicate in spoken and written Japanese is a plusMay work Saturdays and/or Sundays on as needed basisRegular travel to Sapporo-Stone accounts in assigned areaMust have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and reliable transportation
