We are currently seeking three dedicated Territorial Wholesalers to drive sales across our Eastern, Central, and Western territories. The successful candidates will support our External RVPs and play a critical role in the growth of our company by conducting various sales activities, providing field training, assisting with onboarding, profiling, and maintaining strong partnerships and communication.
While working in all channels of the financial services industry [including firms such as Edward Jones, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Wells Fargo Advisors, national Property & Casualty Agencies, UBS and LPL], the FST Wholesaler is responsible for expanding distribution, deepening penetration with key relationships and promoting product/service differences. You will achieve these results through group and one-on-on training and assisting brokers with how to get started with life insurance sales. Overall, the FST team provides significant brand exposure in the offices of our national partners, generates leads for the Dedicated Life Consultants and creates a healthy revenue stream for Individual Life.

The 'How to Do Life Series', which includes eSubmission, underwriting, field underwriting, and navigation of the life processThe 'Life Strategies Series', focusing on product and core sales strategies, and identifying opportunitiesField Training: Provide comprehensive training to both new and existing team members covering:
Product details and specificationsSales concepts and strategies, pru-designs, and moreeSubmission processesUtilization of Life InsightsOnboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members by:
Introducing them to the teamAssisting with the discovery processEstablishing a support modelConducting a virtual milk runProfiling: Teach new and existing team members effective profiling techniques and facilitate handoff processes.
Partnership and Communication: Maintain strong relationships and open lines of communication with RVPs and IWs.
