Job Title: Field Service Business Associate
Job Description

In this Field Service Business Associate position, you will be an essential part of the Field Service Team, assisting with many day-to-day requests. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the back office of an HVAC, electrical, or construction company, and possibly some project management experience. You will be responsible for both field service and administrative tasks, supporting field service technicians with install work and warranty work, and handling various computer-related tasks.

ResponsibilitiesEstimating small service jobs and following up with customers on active quotations and orders.Coordinating with the outside sales force on customer requests.Processing purchase orders, job sheets, and customer invoices in a timely fashion.Communicating with Field Service Technicians, customers, and sub-contractors about logistics and schedules of service jobs.Managing short-term projects to successful completion.Essential SkillsData entryAdministrative skillsClerical supportCustomer serviceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to deal effectively with discounts, percentages, and proportions and currency conversionTyping speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracyAbility to read and analyze business informationPresentation and customer interaction skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsConstruction background, such as project admin or administrative support in a construction companyExperience with internal software systems and Microsoft 365 suiteAbility to stay and grow with the companyWork Environment

The work environment includes a mix of remote and in-office work, with 2 days remote after 3 months. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
