Field Service Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be a crucial member of our team, ensuring that our equipment operates at peak performance while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll assist in the maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and manage various field service tasks. This position is primarily office-based, with no overnight travel required. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: + High school diploma or equivalent (GED). + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Good oral and written communication abilities. + Familiarity with quality control principles and office equipment (computer, fax, copier). + Ability to effectively communicate with managers, customers, and coworkers. WHAT YOU’LL DO: + Assist in maintaining the ISO 9001 QMS and act as an internal auditor. + Enter and update information in the Non-Compliance database, tracking failures and complaints. + Ensure timely communication of updates/status on issues with internal and external stakeholders. + Update and distribute QC test and Field Service schedules while tracking open issues. + Coordinate travel arrangements, equipment, and supplies needed for field service activities. + Stage equipment, tools, and parts as required for service calls. + Follow up with customers to ensure equipment performance meets expectations. + Respond to requests for documents such as HASP and Safety Training materials. + Review Trip Reports for accuracy and completeness.
