We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring service compliance with our client's contract terms within a designated territory comprising approximately 20-40 apartment communities.
As the Field Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously monitor completed work at our client locations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contract terms. You will conduct thorough inspections, verifying compliance, and providing regular status updates to both internal teams and clients.
Your expertise and insights will be highly valued in this role, as you will have the opportunity to suggest and implement process improvements to enhance our operations. Your recommendations on enhancing our processes and the effective placement of independent contractors will directly contribute to our overall success.
This position holds significant importance in our field service operation, as your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction. By ensuring service excellence and maintaining compliance, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Hourly Range: $20.25 - $22.50
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Mileage Reimbursement: Monthly variable mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with 20-40 properties at a time to ensure our delivered services comply with customer requirements and expectationsPerform daily visits to work locations to verify job statusCommunicate with and follow-up with properties regarding job details to ensure client satisfactionKeep detailed records of site visits to ensure consistency and accountabilitySupport process improvements by providing recommendations to streamline service processes in ways that heighten quality standards and ensure consistencyWork with independent contractors to schedule necessary repairs or touch-ups.Provide client specifications and standard expectations to our independent contractorsCommunicate with management any escalated issues or potential service issuesResponsible for correcting unsafe conditions in service areas and reporting any conditions that are not correctable to management immediatelyAssist the Field Service Managers with any daily problems within assigned communitiesPerforms other duties, as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Quality Assurance Technical Certificate preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) requiredStrong assessment, data collection and analytics skillsStrong problem-solving skills, needs to be an adept problem-solver, skilled at proposing and implementing solutions to process and service issuesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-taskMust have a commitment to service excellence with a friendly and positive attitudeExcellent work ethic, integrity, and sense of accountabilityAbility to manage stress and adapt to changing environment, comfortable with complexityAbility to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demandsPhysical Requirements and Special Conditions of Employment:
