•Visitare le sedi dei clienti per l'installazione, la manutenzione, la riparazione e la sostituzione programmata del prodotto;
•Diagnosticare, risolvere i problemi tecnici più comuni;
•Mantenere i registri e segnalare i problemi ricorrenti;
•Formare e assistere i clienti nell'implementazione, nel funzionamento e nella manutenzione del prodotto;
•Rispondere alle domande e alle richieste dei clienti;
•Partecipa all'analisi dei problemi identificati dal cliente che potrebbero richiedere modifiche al software/hardware, alle procedure o alla documentazione.
