Field Service Engineer
Job Title: Field Service Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in low voltage DC systems, installation, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will work independently or with a team on installations, modifications, and repairs of tolling equipment at various sites in the region. Key responsibilities include reading toll system schematics and drawings, installing and maintaining equipment, performing continuous maintenance of roadway and data center networks, conducting reactive maintenance, managing inventory, and responding to trouble reports. Testing and diagnosis of various equipment problems are also crucial aspects of the role. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Santa Ana, California. Work Environment The Field Service Engineer must be able to report to the Project Office within 30 minutes to meet our response-repair times of 1 hour. The on-call schedule rotates weekly, and each technician will be on call at least once a month, including holidays. Field Service Technicians spend the majority of their time in the field and may need to perform tasks outside in varying weather conditions.
