Basé à distance et rapportant directement au Sales & Service Manager, l’Ingénieur Technique SAV aura pour principales missions, sans qu’elles soient exhaustives, et pouvant évoluer à tout moment :
Développer la satisfaction client par la qualité du service rendu :
Assurer les interventions techniques de maintenance préventive et curative, pour les « Sterrad », sur une zone géographique pré définie, qui peut être amenée à évoluer avec le temps. Le candidat couvrira un large secteur Sud de la France. Assurer un diagnostique fiable et une résolution technique de qualité, dans les normes imposées par ASP. Respecter les plans de maintenance définis entre le client et ASP, et maximiser la fiabilité des Sterrad. Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client sur la zone géographique donnée, en mettant en place et en maintenant une communication active avec le client. Promouvoir l'implantation des contrats de maintenance en collaboration avec la Force de Vente. Participer à l'atteinte des résultats financiers du Service Technique d’ASP France. Maintenir à jour la base installée client, et fournir à la Force de Ventes des opportunités commerciales, dans une relation interservices efficace. Maintenir un haut niveau de reporting aussi bien en termes d’activité que de remontée d’informations techniques, et de reporting qualité. Fournir des conseils aux clients, notamment aux ingénieurs ou techniciens biomédicaux des hôpitaux, et les accompagne en cas de problème. Apporter un soutien technique et un accompagnement aux supports ADV et participer à l’amélioration ou la mise en place des outils informatiques pour les commandes, facturation, gestion des stocks… Remplir toutes les exigences en matière de formation et de documentation dans les délais impartis. Coordonner les interventions techniques sur les autres territoires définis, et gérer les exceptions en fonction du planning et des besoins, en relation avec son management et ses collègues. Être force de proposition pour maximiser la profitabilité des contrats de maintenance proposés à nos utilisateurs. Être un point de contact pour les questions techniques de l’équipe et/ou remontées qualité, auprès de l’équipe technique EMEA.
Ce poste implique de nombreux déplacements ainsi que des nuitées à l’extérieur.
Based remotely and reporting directly to the Sales & Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer will have as main missions, without being exhaustive, and may evolve at any time:
Develop customer satisfaction through the quality of the service provided:
- Ensure technical interventions of preventive and curative maintenance, for the "Sterrad", on a predefined geographical area. Candidate will cover a large South of France area.
- Ensure a reliable diagnosis and a technical resolution of quality, in the standards imposed by ASP.
- Respect the maintenance plans defined between the customer and ASP and maximize the reliability of the Sterrad.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the given geographical area, by establishing and maintaining active communication with the customer.
- Promote the implementation of maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Sales Force.
- Participate in the achievement of the financial results of the ASP France Technical Service.
- Maintain the customer installed base, and provide the Sales Force with business opportunities, in an effective inter-departmental relationship.
- Maintain a high level of reporting both in terms of activity and technical information.
- Provide advice to customers, including hospital biomedical engineers or technicians, and support them in case of problems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to sales support staff and help to improve or implement IT tools for orders, invoicing, stock management, etc., manage exceptions (backup) according to planning and needs, in relation with its management and colleagues.
- Be a force of proposal to maximize the profitability of the maintenance contracts proposed to our users.
- Be a point of contact for the team's technical questions and/or quality feedback, with the EMEA technical team.
- Complete all trainings and documentation requirements in a timely manner.
This position involves extensive travel and overnight stays.
