Responsible for on-site customer troubleshooting, diagnostics, and installation of Injection Mold, Aluminum Extrusion, and Die Cast machines. Requires a strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical principles, mechanical concepts, and precision mechanical components. This role involves 50-75% travel to customer sites for installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Most clients are located within a 250-mile radius of Ann Arbor, including Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. The employee will drive to customer sites during service periods and work in the Ann Arbor office between projects. Lodging will be provided for commutes over 100 miles. Typical shift is from 7am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on customer needs.
