Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting access controls and locking mechanisms, air flow, lighting controls, HVAC, and plumbing systems. You will provide preventative maintenance, warranty service, and emergency support on all products according to specifications and predetermined schedules.

This is not a labor-intensive field service role. The primary customers are animal research labs, including prestigious institutions such as UW-Madison, Yale, Harvard, and various pharmaceutical companies. The role involves 75-85% travel, with the company covering flight costs and providing per diem for hotel and food expenses. Employees will need to pay upfront for meals, hotel, and rental cars, approximately $2500 a month on a card. A company vehicle, typically a small van, will be provided. Expect to work approximately 400-500 hours a year, with higher hours during training. Occasionally, weekend work may be required, with compensatory time off provided. The work environment is unique, as the role involves entering various animal research labs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
