In this role, you will be responsible for:
Service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

Your responsibilities in general are:
Conduct service, repair and/or installation of our products, as well as IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts. Make diagnoses of the system failures and settles most effective solution. Raise complex issues to higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. Develop new customer service/product agreements. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.What we are looking for:
Technical knowledge and experience within Medical Devices/ Diagnostics in service maintenance area (or in other highly regulated industry) BS.C in Engineering (Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical). Medical Devices expertiseHigh level of customer orientation. Ability to drive a car and be flexible with working time - more than 80% of travelling is required. Proficient English and ItalianFlawless interpersonal and planning skills. Independent and self-starting attitude.
