Job Description负责所在区域的实验室售后服务整体解决方案交付，主要包括实验室整包服务和实验室搬迁服务。积极地与项目相关方合作（包括客户、销售团队、工程师团队、调度团队、采购、供应商等相关方），成功完成项目交付。了解并掌握项目管理技能，从计划到执行，对项目过程合理把控，优化资源配置，合理控制成本，积极主动协调沟通。具有较强的演讲能力，能够与客户中高层沟通执行方案、召开项目启动会/总结会等。善于解决问题，面对挑战能够从容面对，寻找解决方案。Qualifications本科及以上学历，生物、化学、制药、食品等相关专业具有2-4年以上实验室运营、仪器操作管理等相关的工作经验良好的沟通能力，积极主动，较强的自我驱动力和自律性良好的客户服务意识，能够根据客户的反馈敏锐的洞察业务机会较强的学习能力，具有创新意识，思维敏捷认可安捷伦的文化和价值观，良好的团队合作精神能适应不定期出差
