Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructionsand in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan andexecute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clearunderstanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.The work model for the role is: On-siteThis role is contributing to the Electrifications Service Division of ABB, Philippines.You will be mainly accountable for:• Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicate service worktimeline and expectations.• Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations andeliminate pain points.• Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-siteactivity in service categories and products.• Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment areavailable and of appropriate quality for service activities.• Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendationsto avoid such issues in the future.• Planning and executing

Qualifications for the role

Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed.You are highly skilled in commissioning, troubleshooting and installation of electrical components1 | Field Service EngineerAbility to demonstrate your skills and/or experience in switchgears, protection relays, transformer etc.Possess good attention to detail, time management and able to work under pressure.Passionate about working directly with customers and delivering excellent service.You are at ease communicating in English and Filipino languages.You hold works rights in the Philippines and a valid driver’s license.
