The Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. Delivers technical assistance at customer sites and provides documentation to internal and external customers.
Area : Asturias, Castilla y León, Galicia, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra.
What you will do
Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices
Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
Delivery of technical Training to internal & external
Perform Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
Your profile:
Education in : engineering, electronics or equivalent: Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software Fluency in both spoken and written English and local language Adequate Information Technology knowledge (Office365, ERP & CRM)Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills.Up to 1 year experience in the hospital environment and health care workJob Details:
