Senior Engineer - Electrical (Genset Installation, Testing & Gas Genset Service)

We are looking for a Project Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in genset installation, testing, commissioning, and service. The ideal candidate must have a strong electrical background and hands-on expertise in panel wiring, LT/HT alternators, protection relay testing, and gas genset service & troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and test diesel & gas gensets as per project specifications.Expertise in gas genset service, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Perform kinetic powerpack maintenance & troubleshooting.Read and execute electrical diagrams for panel wiring.Configure and test protection relays and genset controllers.Perform insulation tests for alternators and cables.Handle measurement data acquisition systems and DVR software.Monitor panels and cables during testing.Troubleshoot genset control and auxiliary systems.Conduct various breaker panel testsEnsure compliance with ISO 8528-5 & 8528-12 genset testing procedures.Collaborate with project teams, conduct scoping meetings, and contribute to team building.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on gas genset and kinetic powerpack issues.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills are a must.
