Field Service Engineer - Electromechanical & PLC Controls
Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC)

Join Honeywell Intelligrated – a global leader in warehouse automation and material handling solutions. We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-tier support to our customers’ distribution centers. You’ll travel extensively (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nInstall, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)\nProvide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.\nUse your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.\nTrain and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.\nDevelop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.\nWork independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nExpert-level PLC programming skills (Allen Bradley and other PLC systems).\nStrong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.\n3+ years of electro-mechanical field service experience.\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\nTechnical degree and/or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics or similar.\nHoneywell Intelligrated material handling equipment maintenance experience. \nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.\n\n
