Field Service Engineer II for Honeywell International, Inc. in Duluth, GA
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, audits, survey, configuration, programming, install patches, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell Industrial security systems.
Validating customer requests, developing, maintaining, and improving customer relationships, upgrades/migration planning and execution and ensuring flawless and on time delivery.
Act as the primary face of Honeywell for the customer and is responsible for the daily implementation, administration and troubleshooting of the Honeywell security system installed at the customer location.
Lead the implementation of complex engineering solutions, i.e. Migration, Systems, Control or Safety applications, IT, Hardware design etc,
Primary technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the technical requirements and solutions are fully defined, agreed, and delivered within schedule and cost constraints.
Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements including testing, calibrating verify system and peripheral device operations as per preventative maintenance schedule.
Complete documentation of all work done, including all readings, offsets, etc.
Respond to emergency service calls as required.
Carry out site hazard and risk assessments for Honeywell tasks, including proper use of safety personal protective equipment.

Location: Duluth, GA
40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must possess an Associate’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of Systems Engineering experience. Full term of experience must include working with security access control and digital video management systems; diagnostic and advanced troubleshooting of Industrial security systems, PCs, and general networking solutions; Microsoft Office Application; and reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings, diagrams, and sequences of operation. Up to 75% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
