Direct Hire, Full-time; Monday - Friday Travel required, primarily domestic, some international, (need US Passport)       Salary Range:         $95-110K depending on experience Relocation assistance available to Phoenix, AZ   SUMMARY  Responsible for installing, testing and troubleshooting PLC based gas and chemical delivery equipment. This position will be the focal point for customer support issues, including receiving and logging customer requests and working throughout the organization to provide solutions back to customers in a timely manner. This position requires the individual to work primarily at home office with regular visits to install or troubleshoot at local and remote customers.  An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional, with the ability to multitask on various projects and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   + Manage field service activities with customers and internal organizations + Performs installation, setup, calibration, and testing on UHP gas systems at customer sites + Upload and troubleshoot and program PLC and HMI code for Allen Bradley and Siemens devices + Installs, repairs, and replaces electro-mechanical components and assemblies + Assists in analyzing equipment performance, scheduled maintenance and calibration as required + Provides information and develops solutions on issues that have occurred during field service startup and commissioning + Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability + Recognizes a variety of issues, problems, or opportunities in own process and determines whether action is needed + Reads, analyzes, and interprets technical drawings, wiring diagrams, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations + Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES   + Value building meaningful, long-standing relationships + Gas and chemical delivery equipment installation, start-up and trouble-shooting + PLC and HMI programming, (Allen Bradley and Siemens) + High degree of electro-mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and engineering drawings + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong analytical skills and ability to perform to complex requirements + Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening + Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment + Ability to work in a team environment + Excellent problem solving ability + Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and off-shift hours to support company requirements as needed + Able to travel world-wide up to 75% as needed, locally, domestically and occasional international + Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products needed + Valid driver’s license and US Passport REQUIRED EXPERIENCE + A minimum 5+ years’ field service experience operating UHP gas and chemical delivery equipment + A minimum of 5+ years’ PLC/HMI programming experience with preference in Allen Bradley and Siemens architecture This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
