Here, we are leading the way by developing the best technologies that have the ability to look closer at the details of cells and diseases. **Main responsibilities will include:** + Perform on-site technical support, including installations, deinstallations, relocations, certifications, and repairs, adhering to customer service level agreements. + Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide remote support for technical issues reported by customers. + Prioritize, plan, and execute field corrective actions, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure business continuity for our customers. + Inform and prepare customers for successful installations, ensuring all requirements are met. + Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry in service management systems. + Manage personal planning, administration, and car stock efficiently. + Escalate and retain ownership of technical challenges until resolution. + Comply with all quality, ISO, GMP, and safety regulations, upholding BD's commitment to excellence. **About you** + HNC/Degree in engineering discipline or demonstrable work experience in field service. + Full clean driving license. + Knowledge of computer systems, mechatronics, pneumatics, and fluidics is advantageous. + Degree in Biomedical Engineering is preferred. + Strong problem-solving and dynamic planning abilities. + Advanced IT knowledge. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
