Field Service Engineer ( Production Printers Products)
Job Purpose and Summary

 The Field Engineer is responsible for installing production printer products and training customer operators. The employed person will work in the Poznań area.

Main Activities:

Installs production printers  products and trains the customer’s operators.Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.Manages tools and time in an efficient way.Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.Works effectively in a small team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities

What we ask

Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written. We expect fluent Polish language and very good in English.Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry relatedAchieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.Acts cost effectively.Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
