Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service aliance Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
