Field Service Management (FSM) – Senior Consultant

The FSM Consultant is responsible for E2E integration of business outcomes, processes, solution, value and change management of new Field Service Management initiatives for Water and Energy Utilities.

By collaborating with clients business and technical stakeholders ensure that projects are formed correctly before moving into solution and implementation, including managing business expectations, and managing a team business analysts and solution architects to ensure that BAs capture the right field service management system and interface requirements that are actionable, measurable, testable and related to the identified business needs and defined to a level of detail sufficient for system design

The key responsibilities are to:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Field Service solutions and services in the North America region.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Utilities.Provide reporting of revenue, order intake and other key sales metrics.Partner with FSM vendors to work on joint GTM initiatives for select clients.Manage a team of business analysts and solution architects for defining business initiatives through requirement analysis phase to deployment into productionLead client workshops to identify functional requirements and work with them in the identification, justification and design of the client’s solution.Facilitate requirement workshops to clarify and confirm the requirementsIdentify the risks and dependencies associated with the requirements at an early stage.Training and mentoring members on team.

Skills & Experience

Workforce management professional with proven experience helping organizations achieve workforce transformation goals. Expert skills in end-to-end workforce management solution areas such as demand forecasting, capacity and resource planning, shift rostering, dynamic scheduling, enterprise mobility and performance analytics.Extensive experience with asset heavy companies in the telecommunications, rail and utility industries.
