How You Will Make an Impact: We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Manager (FSM) to oversee frac sand delivery operations and ensure seamless logistics, equipment maintenance, and team leadership in the oil and gas sector. The FSM will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: + Supervise daily frac sand delivery and handling operations + Coordinate transport to ensure timely delivery and supply chain efficiency + Manage fleet operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and effective use of dispatch tools + Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize performance + Ensure equipment readiness through regular maintenance and timely repairs + Oversee inventory management of parts and consumables + Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular checks, and mitigate risks in sand handling and transport + Lead, train, and evaluate field staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies + Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues and providing operational updates + Maintain documentation and prepare reports on operations, safety, and performance + Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency + Ensure field operations remain profitable while maintaining service quality Minimum Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent; certification in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field preferred. + Strong organizational and leadership skills. + Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in oil and gas. + Effective communication and team collaboration. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
