We are\ncurrently seeking a Field Service Manager to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Director Field Service Engineer your focus on daily engagement and teaming with customers,\nteam members, sales and marketing, and project operations to maximize customer\nsatisfaction, excellence in delivery profitable growth.
Field Service Manager (FSM) is responsible for Services business providing\nOperational Management through delivery and execution of service solutions in\ncompliance with customer specifications and contractual agreements, leading a\nteam of field personnel, managing a P&L, owning Nos & driving to\nachieve expected results, growing the service business inside existing and new\ncustomer locations, Support & lead Sales and reporting the current and\nfuture performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, lead & motivate a high-performing Services team and\nfacilitate the team’s achievement of goals and objectivesDevelop long-term, high quality sustainable business relationships with customers by engaging with management teams and consistently exceeding expectations Overall P&L responsibility Develop And Report Performance MetricsDevelop and Oversee TeamLead Continuous Improvement ProjectsTrain and mentor field service technicians and engineersKey Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferredMinimum 10+years of experience in managing service solutions and\ncustomer expectations, Able to demonstrate strong knowledge/application of Distribution Control Systems (DCS), Safety Systems and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Process Control experience People management\nexperience. Ability to lead and influence individuals either Directly or IndirectlyExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organizationDemonstrated ability to operate independentlyAbility to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards Previous customer service experienceAbout\nUs
