**Job Title: Field Service Lead** **Job Description** We are looking to immediately hire an experienced Millwright/Field Service Lead/Manager/Supervisor. This urgent role has become available due to an unexpected internal departure. Our company custom fabricates a large variety of products, including railings, duct work, catwalks/crossovers, stainless steel countertops, and sinks. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a variety of projects which change day-to-day and will travel throughout NJ to service a wide range of clients, from manufacturing to food processing to hospitals and institutions. **Responsibilities** + Travel throughout NJ to service various clients. + Work on projects that vary in size and duration, from several weeks to a single day. + Read and comprehend blueprints and technical specifications. + Perform field welding, pipe fitting, and setting & aligning of equipment. + Utilize a variety of tools including wrenches, drills, and core drills. + Engage in rigging as needed. + Work mainly with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. **Essential Skills** + 5 years minimum experience in an industrial and/or institutional mechanical maintenance position. + Strong tool experience. + Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and technical specifications. + Experience in field welding, pipe fitting, and setting & aligning of equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in Sanitary Welding or orbital welding (TIG, MIG, STICK) is a plus. + Experience with duct work and ventilation systems is a plus. + Experience with fencing (chain link, ornamental) is a plus. + High School or Trade School diploma. + Knowledge of basic math. + Valid and clean NJ or PA drivers' license and own transportation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacations, and holidays.
