Field Service Rep Forest Park, GA System One is currently seeking a Field Service Rep on an 11 month contract position located in Forest Park, GA. Field Service Rep Responsibilities: + Responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for a company's products or equipment at customer locations. + Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and the satisfaction of customers. + Travel to customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance, installation, repair, or troubleshooting of equipment or systems. + Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify issues, malfunctions, or areas requiring maintenance. + Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of equipment or systems. + Diagnose equipment problems, replace defective parts, and perform necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition. + Set up and install new equipment, ensuring it meets specifications and functions correctly. + Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure equipment operates within established parameters and meets quality standards. + Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. + Complete service reports and submit them in a timely manner. + Manage inventory of spare parts and order replacement parts as needed. + Ensure that necessary parts are available for service visits. + Train customers and end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting to minimize service calls. + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with equipment and at customer sites. + Promote a safe work environment. + Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding service schedules, estimated repair times, and any additional recommendations or requirements. + Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the company's product development and engineering teams for continuous improvement. + Offer remote support and troubleshooting when possible to minimize on-site visits and downtime. + Ensure that all service activities are conducted in compliance with company quality standards and best practices. Field Service Rep Requirements: + 0-5 Years Experience in related field. + Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree Duration: 11 months Location: Forest Park, GA Pay Rate: $29/hr ???????
