Job DescriptionAs a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing commissioning, operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of locations. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies but will primarily specialize in dissolved air flotation and clarification. To be successful in this profession, you’ll need to have excellent mechanical, mathematical, and process know how and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will...
Safely and successfully provide technical direction and inspections for rebuild projects and extended scope projects, including chemical dosing, clarification and dissolved air flotation, primarily in North AmericaVerify that installation is as per Veolia's drawingsCommission equipment: this includes mixers, valves, air compressors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationAsist clients with optimizing clarifiers and DAFsComplete detailed controls testing to ensure the system is functioning as per designAssist client with initial plant operation, as well as train client operators on plant operationMeet with the client and Veolia to communicate schedule and address issues as necessaryOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceInstall/replace and/or supervise the replacement of proposed equipmentInstall, monitor, maintain and calibrate chemical injection systemsCarry out process, mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedQualificationsThis is a service role and you’ll bring your positive attitude to work with you every day because making other people happy makes you happy.
