**Description:**
You will be the Contractor Logistics Support \(CLS\) Battery Lead for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense \(THAAD\) Missile Defense system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia \(KSA\)\. Our team is responsible for advising and assisting the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force \(RSADF\) in the operation, maintenance, and emplacement of the THAAD system\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the CLS Battery Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2\-5 CLS personnel and serving as the primary point of contact for RSADF operational leadership\. You will provide guidance and support on THAAD system maintenance actions, supervise and direct CLS activities, and ensure compliance with US Army Material Maintenance Management concepts and procedures\.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing advice and status on THAAD system maintenance actions to RSADF leadership
• Supervising and directing CLS personnel
• Performing field and sustainment level maintenance support
• Supporting the RSADF in managing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program
• Demonstrating proficiency in oral and written communication to provide clear and succinct information to the RSADF
• Establishing trust and confidence with the RSADF, US Government representatives, and LM leadership

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Relevant experience working as a Field Service Technician \(or similar position\)
• Previous experience with the THAAD system \(or similar system\)
• Active U\.S\. Department of Defense SECRET \(or Interim SECRET\) Security Clearance
• A valid U\.S\. Passport with no restrictions on travel
• Willingness to perform these duties in KSA for the total duration of this assignment
• Ability to meet KSA Iqama \(residence permit/visa\) requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
• Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer
• Candidate may also be required to take a post\-offer, pre\-employment physical to determine deployability capabilities as defined by the contract
**Desired Skills:**
• Technical engineering degree and / or military background
• Previous experience as a THAAD or Patriot Field Service Technician or Contractor Logistics Support Technician
• Previous experience as a THAAD CLS Team Lead experience
• CompTIA A \+ Certified
• Hazardous Materials \(HAZMAT\) Certification
• Comp TIA Security \+ Certified
• Commercial Driver’s License \(CDL\)
• Previous experience working with the KSA armed forces
• Previous experience executing maintenance management in a military environment \(US Army, foreign military, or similar\)
• Basic knowledge of:
\- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings/schematics
\- Applying fault detection/isolation procedures
\- Networks \(e\.g\. LAN, WAN, IP address schemes\)
\- Unix and Linux
\- Electrical/mechanical aptitude
\- Hydraulic operations
\- Army Supply System
\- Ability to apply appropriate Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation
\- Ability to manage and account for inventory

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
