Your Role at Baxter
The Field Service Representative, with minimal supervision, inspects, services, repairs, upgrades or installs renal care equipment on which training has been provided. This work is performed in clinics, home patients, hospitals, donor centers or other equipment locations. Extensive travel & All work is performed according to quality and regulatory requirements, as well as quality standards set by Baxter. A FSR may obtain assistance of more qualified personnel to solve extremely difficult or complex problems.

What you'll be doing
Field Service and Support
Maintains equipment as assigned within a field territory or provides installation and maintenance support within and outside of the region.
Manages customer satisfaction by maintaining effective relationships and surpassing customer expectations on service delivery within area of responsibility.
Performs any other duties or projects as assigned.
Completes paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks per policy and procedure.
Work effectively with FS Regional Manager, Field Service Representatives, and other functional areas within the company to enhance business performance and customer experiences.
What you'll be having
Minimum two years of technical college, Bio-Medical field or similar technical degree; or a proven equivalent work experience as a Field Service Engineer
3-5 of progressively responsible experience in a service environment, ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
Must have valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Understanding of Reverse Osmosis and water pretreatment would be an asset
Develop ability to service Baxter (Renal Care) devices for Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, Water Purification and Therapeutic Apheresis. These include (Pre-Installation and Preventive Maintenance (PMs), Routine Maintenance (RM’s), component replacement and minor cosmetic repairs.
Delivers and removes products as well as completes functional checks.
Able to lift heavy equipment and testing apparatus up to 35 kg
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization and to represent the organization professionally.
Maintain accurate inventory of trunk stock
Develops and maintains good relationships with various levels of internal and external customers.
Collaborates and communicates effectively with sales, co-workers, other departments, and customers
Exhibits excellent time management skills. Participates in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage.
Warehouse responsibilities may include ensuring all safety, quality & compliance procedures are adhered to for product maintenance and inventory
Demonstrated ability to self-manage.
Requires high level of organizational and territory management skills.
Requires demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Requires consistent performance in the ability to use analytical/logical methods to identify and solve equipment related problems.
Demonstrated strong people interpersonal skills, relating to a wide variety of people.
Demonstrated accountability for field service administrative tasks.
Focuses on entire customer environment and needs to resolve problems.
Ability to provide equipment overview training to technical staff at customer locations as necessary.
Ability to travel to installation/upgrade sites for extended periods of time, willingness to work other shifts and overtime as necessary.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
