Field Service Responsible Europe

The Field Service Responsible delivers Field services to our customers.

Especially you manage and operates the fleet of pilot & measurement units which are placed at customer sites for qualification trials purposes or technical services.

You are responsible for maintaining all the units in proper operation order and safety and also to propose and realize upgrade of existing tools or develop new tools to answer new needs from the market (from lab scale to pilot scale).

You are responsible to units planning and availabilities.

You are a fully involved member of the team providing technical support & Services to our customers. You work very closely with the field support engineers, sales team and the customer. 
 

Your Responsibilities & Tasks

 You Manage tools and mobiles units dedicated to trials & services for markets and customers according to budget  Maintain and operate existing trials tools/pilot units for customer/market needs Keep continuous optimization of existing tools/pilot equipment's for continuous improvement of our quality/level of services and reliability Develop / design / build new pilot / tools 
  You apply and enforce Safety  Ensure safety of operation of all our tools / pilot equipment (with CE marking for example, applying the 3 green lights process… ) Guarantee the execution and application of safety procedures inside Carmeuse and at customer (risk analysis during trial preparation at any scale: lab – pilot – industrial, …) Continuously question and optimize safety tools and procedures for all our operations / procedures (existing one and new ones) 
  Organization  Organize mobile units' delivery and installation with our customers Organize / manages stakeholders / sub-contractants according to deadline, planning and budget Place PR and PO in SAP system according to internal process and budget.

Your Profile

Basic requirements:

Background in electro -mechanics (able to read / understand electrical & mechanical drawings) BA5 ability (electricity) (able to fix basic electrical issue) Forklift license is a plus 5 years' experience minimum  Good knowledge in Office tools (Word, excel, powerpoint, …) Fluent English + and local language Open to travel locally and in EU  Driving license.

Needed knowledges:

Knowledge in electro-mechanics Knowledge in safety rules Basic understanding of chemistry is a plus.

Needed skills:

Customer focus Planning, organization & management of priorities / tasks / sub-contractor Problem solver, creative Ability to work autonomously and write reports Ability to handle difficult / unexpected operational issues, stressful situation  Flexibility Team spirit Diplomatic.
