**Overview**
+ Customer service as part of the first and second line of IT support
+ Direct or remote diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of users in the field of software, computer hardware, peripherals and computer networks.
+ Computer hardware installation and operation support
+ Taking care of high quality of communication and adherence to the agreed level of service provision (SLA)
+ Instruction and training of users in the operation of IT systems
+ Creation and updating of technical documentation
+ Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and failures and, depending on the need, transferring them to other departments within the company
+ Collaboration with other support groups and IT teams
**Responsibilities**
+ Experience in a similar position
+ Polish language is a must
+ Very good communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical issues in a way that is accessible and understandable to users
+ Fluent English enabling communication with foreign-language users and technical support abroad
+ Deep knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS
+ Practical MS Office application use and support
+ Experience in working in the Active Directory environment
+ Practical knowledge of basic issues in the field of computer networks
+ Knowledge of operating and servicing computer equipment
+ Attitudes for the efficient implementation of commissioned tasks
+ Strong sense of responsibility for own and team activities
+ Innovation and timely implementation of applications
+ Analytical skills
+ Team work skills.
