Field Service Supervisor

Maximize customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining a responsive service organization for your assigned territory. Responsible for the operations and performance of the Field Service Technicians and Lead Technicians as well as customer retention.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain control over WIP
+ Keep up on PM’s and maintain a completion rate of at least 95%
+ Maintain company guidelines for tech efficiency by:
+ Conduct PM audits (2 per month) to insure techs are meeting the requirements of a PM
+ Customer Visits – Visit each of our top ten service customers (including rental “ship to” accounts) at least once per quarter.
+ Rental – respond to requests of Rental Coordinator for repair, transport, and paperwork requests.
+ Be accessible and responsive to your technicians, customers, and all LP departments.
+ Oversee any tech apprentice under your supervision and make sure all traning criteria is met
+ Ensure all technicians are achieving their individual training objectives
+ Manage road service technicians
+ Recruit, develop and evaluate personnel
+ Customer retention and new service business
+ Administrative tasks
Requirements
+ Valid driver's license
+ Good communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
+ Technical and repair knowledge required
+ Must be able to lift up to 50ibs
+ Highschool Diploma
+ Experience as a field service technician
