Field Service Supervisor

As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise will drive the success of our field service operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our Florida and South Carolina locations. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by managing and overseeing the Field Service team, assigning and scheduling field service technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nManage and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery \nAssign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements \nMonitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement \nProvide technical guidance and support to field service technicians \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives \nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams \nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role \nStrong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies \nExcellent leadership and team management skills \nAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks \nExperience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices \nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWE VALUE\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field\nCustomer-focused mindset\nAbility to drive change and innovation\nResults-oriented approach\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nStrong business acumen\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\n
