As a Field Service Supervisor, your focus\nwill be supervising a Field Service Engineering team\nfor the organization. You will apply\nyour leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement\nin new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth.\nYou will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer\nproblems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will\ndrive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics,\ntargets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any\nimprovement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate\nthose to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future\nmanagers..
