As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to guide and oversee our Field Service team in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nMinimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role \nStrong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies \nExcellent guidance and team management skills \nAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks \nExperience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices \nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities \nExcellent communication and people-oriented skills \n\nWE VALUE
