Job Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to troubleshooting calls on our customers system. Assist the construction group with the installation and start-up of systems. Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Assist technical services team with other project aspects including ordering, researching, and creating schematics. Wire terminations.  Have experience with Allen Bradley Other Job Duties: May involve assisting the panel construction team or electrical installation teams. Responsible for supporting our customer's automation control systems, voice-data-video systems, and electrical systems. Essential Job Qualifications: Experience with control systems, voice-data-video systems, and electrical systems. Past hands-on experience with electrical construction work. Experience working with equipment in industrial or manufacturing facilities Good troubleshooting skills. Must be comfortable communicating directly to customers and co-workers, including executives, sales personnel, engineers, and direct site personnel, in a concise and effective manner. Associates degree in a technology field Experience with AutoCAD Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
