Field Service Technician – Patio Misting - Phoenix

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will service our customer base in the field through diagnostic, repair, and replacement services. Performance of job and completion of services must be to the current company defined Five-Star customer satisfaction level. You will communicate appropriately verbally & digitally to the office, warehouse, management, and customers. At all times, you must have a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen as outlined in the company handbook.

You will:

Maintain a Five-Star route through proper documentation and office communicationCommunicating to dispatch any routing concerns or time frame changesMaintain customer records through proper documentation and customer communicationPerform diagnostic, repair, and replacement services to the standard of the company and code complianceParticipate in growing opportunities to the company through customer relationships

Key Qualifications: 

3 years relevant experienceRebuilding, Replacing Seals, Valve Kits, Head Swap and Motor Swap on High Pressure Triplex PumpsElectrical troubleshooting of Opti Drives, Pressure Transducer, Solenoids, Switches, Outlets 120/240 volt and AC motorsPM service of High-Pressure Pumps including Oil change, Filter Change, Line Repair, Nozzle ChangeBe outgoing, a team player and customer service focusedHave a clean driving recordBe able to work a full 6–8 hour shift outsidePush/Pull/Lift 80 lbs.Kneel and stand for a 6-8 hour shiftDrive approximately 1-2 hours a day (Which includes commuting time)

Preferred Qualifications:

Patio Misting System Installation ExperienceSoldering experienceA basic understanding of plumbing
