Job Title: Field Service Technician Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • Providing testing support for all equipment; test and calibrate machines in the field at customer locations. • Use technical manuals and knowledge of test and diagnostic equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair PC boards. • Program test fixtures. • Investigate new instrumentation and test operating practices. • Represent the company in front of customers and users. Hard Skills + Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related engineering degree + Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in similar organization or industry + Proficiency with data entry and MS Office + Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and hardware/software including applications and programming Job Type This is a permanent position.
