Service Team Leader
Your role and responsibilitiesExecute Service work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines,Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers,Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.),Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs,Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities,Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative,Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed,Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities,Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
Qualifications for the roleVocational school or associate degree with electrical/electronics,At least 2 years of service technician experience in manufacturing or electrical industry,Knowledge of frequency convertors basics. Good command of English skills, Turkish language is must,MS Office Skills is a must,Dynamic and enthusiastic profile with continuous-development mindset,Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates,Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support,Up to 70% travel required,Current car driving license (type B)
