Field Service Technician
Position Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary: 

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer training, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions.Conduct customer training on the operation and maintenance of equipment.Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Strong technical and mechanical skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication and customer service skills.Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.About Actalent
