Job Title: Field Service Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of food processing equipment. This role requires travel within a 160-mile radius from Kenosha and office presence when not on the road. Responsibilities + Create and submit timely reports on work being performed. + Assess client needs for spare parts and facilitate internally. + Perform mechanical work such as replacing bearings and changing motors. + Troubleshoot electrical, electromechanical, pneumatics, PLC, and programming issues. + Provide customer service, answering maintenance and service calls/questions. + Perform welding and polishing tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. + Experience with troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Welding and polishing experience preferred. + Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus. + Certificates in electrical, automation, mechanical, and/or welding fabrication are advantageous. + Experience in food processing equipment is a plus.
