Field Service Technician

Our client, a custom process equipment manufacturer is seeking a **Field Service Technician/Engineer** to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, modifications, installations, and technical support to the users of the equipment supplied by the client. The ideal candidate would be considered a **"Road Warrior"/open to 75% travel** , diagnostic testing experience, and desire to be part of a fast paced, results driven culture!
**Job Title: Field Service Technician**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform Preventative and Corrective Maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and repair standard and special purpose equipment and systems’ components.
+ Install products.
+ Perform factory acceptance and site acceptance tests.
+ Develop and maintenance effective communication to customers.
+ Remain professional, be courteous, and utilize customer protocols.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor Degree in General Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work-related experience.
+ Valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
+ Using diagnostic test equipment: volt-ohm meters, amp probes, precision temperature, and pressure calibration.
+ Ability to read P&ID and electrical/pneumatic schematic.
+ Strong organization and critical thinking skills.
+ General knowledge of the principals and methods of sterilization, stream systems, sterilizers, and decontamination.
+ Ability to solve complex mechanical and system problems.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Proficient in Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD; or similar programs.
