Job Title: Field Service TechnicianJob Description
The Calibration Technician ensures calibration activities are performed safely using approved calibration procedures. They execute daily tasks for Industrial/Commercial/Marine sectors, enforcing standards and meeting schedule/quality objectives. Technicians must possess the knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualifications necessary to maintain, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot. Duties include supporting other departments, ensuring calibration standards are maintained, and participating in the reporting of deficiencies and calibration results. Technicians are expected to maintain professionalism, test instrumentation, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, inspect electrical work, set up test equipment, provide technical assistance, and verify part dimensions.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Work Environment
Possible exposure to hot and cold climates, occasional work in dirty environments, ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Local and global travel, including overnight stays, is expected.
